If you have signed up for a trial period, you have the option to cancel the service anytime before 60 days. Since no credit card is required upfront, to signup, there will be no refunds needed in this scenario.

If you have signed up for the regular service, then you can cancel anytime within 59 days and receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

If you have signed up for the regular service, and 60 days have passed, then there will be NO refunds.

If you have upgraded from the trial to regular service, then there will be NO refunds, if 60 days have passed since you originally signed up.
